Lyon 5th. Reus’eat, Lyon’s biodegradable beer cutlery

Marie Nagy and Armand Ferro, two engineers from Lyon, have developed a material based on beer waste, aimed at making fully compostable disposable cutlery. They hope to invest in takeout catering soon, starting with ice cream parlors.
