A 36-year-old Buford woman said an argument over her boyfriend's driving resulted in a violent May 8 confrontation which ended with her falling out of the man's truck in a Buford neighborhood.
The witnesses heard the woman's cries for help and followed the couple in their vehicle until they saw the woman fall out of the truck near Pebblebrook Drive and Arden Drive. The girlfriend, according to the report, said her boyfriend "brought her there hoping she would be raped." The woman complained of pain to her face and shoulder and was subsequently transported to Northside Hospital. The officer obtained a warrant for the Winder's man arrest on a charge of simple battery.
