A 38-year-old woman is facing a charge of disorderly conduct as a result of a June 2 incident in Buford.
When asked what she was doing, Warren reportedly said she was playing ball with some children down the street.
"Warren then grabbed her pink t-shirt up and exposed her breasts again in front of me," the officer wrote. "I advised her to put her shirt down and she complied."
Warren, according to the report, then walked over to the patrol car, bent over the hood and placed her hands behind her back before telling the officer to go ahead and arrest her.
"I then asked her if she was under the influence of any drug or narcotic and she stated, 'No, I've been clean for several years.' While I was speaking with Warren, she pulled her shirt up several times exposing her breasts," the report stated.
Due to her seemingly intoxicated condition and her repeated indecent condition, the officer placed her under arrest for disorderly conduct (section 74-4 of the Gwinnett County Ordinance) and transported her to the Gwinnett County Jail. She was released the following day on a $125 bond.
