GRADUATION BANNER REPORTED STOLEN: A Hamilton Mill resident contacted Gwinnett County Police on April 22 after her son's graduation banner, which had been posted at the entrance to the subdivision, went missing. The woman later learned the homeowners' association had taken the sign due to restrictions regarding when graduation banners can be displayed.
LAPTOPS STOLEN: Two co-workers returned to their rental vehicle after dining at the Macaroni Grill in Buford on April 16 to discover their employer-owned laptops had been stolen. A set of headphones was also taken. The officer noticed a pry mark on the driver's door handle of the 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe. There are no known witnesses.
WALLET TAKEN: A Gainesville woman left her wallet on the sink after washing her hands in the restroom at the Buford Golden Corral on April 19. As soon as she realized she had forgotten her wallet, she returned to the restroom but the wallet was gone. The wallet contained the woman's drivers license, Social Security card, insurance card, a credit card and $500 in cash. The woman spoke with the manager who said no one had turned in the missing property. The case is listed as active.
