A well-established medical practice in Auburn is the latest addition to the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG), which includes nearby NGPG Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine in Buford and NGPG Hamilton Mill in Dacula.
Patients of Dr. Richard Schlossberg will continue to see him and his Auburn Primary Care staff at the same location -- 12 Seventh Street in Auburn. NGPG Auburn Primary Care provides a range of services including routine and preventative health evaluations, immunizations, EKGs, physicals and occupational health services.
“Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to each and every patient we see,” Dr. Schlossberg said in a released statement. “We feel that being part of a large physician network allows us access to the latest medical technology and procedures, while continuing to provide high-quality care to our patients.”
NGPG Auburn Primary Care is located 11 miles from the site of the future Northeast Georgia Health System's 100-bed acute care hospital slated to open in Braselton in Spring 2015. Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton will provide heart and vascular services, orthopedics, neurosciences, cancer treatment, surgery and emergency services.
