Developers expect to break ground on a new assisted living facility in Dacula this summer.
Aspire Development Partners and Solomon Development Services plan to construct 80 units of assisted living and memory care residences on Braselton Highway near the Hamilton Mill area.
“We are looking forward to serving the citizens of Dacula and the surrounding areas with the highest levels of customer service and care in the business,” Vicki Curl, the chief operating officer for Trinity Lifestyles Management, said in a released statement. “Our living environments are truly created with our resident’s wellness and lifestyles in mind.”
According to the press release, the Hamilton Mill assisted living community will be managed under the Dogwood Forest brand. The facility will include the next generation of technology and be built to the highest life safety standards.

The development is expected to bring 50 new jobs to the area and more than $15 million in capital investment. It is expected to open in early 2015.
