Sales have begun in a new 70-lot subdivision off Harbins Road in Dacula.
Del Mar Club is a swim-tennis community featuring four- and five-bedroom homes priced in the $200,000s. According to neighborhood sales manager Eric Becraft, each home will offer a media room, flexible living spaces and easy access to shopping and dining.
"I’m a particularly big fan of the price point, and know that home buyers will be fans of that specific feature, as well," Becraft added. "You get an awful lot of quality, square footage, and features for that price point.”
The subdivision is the second Gwinnett development for builder Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods. The builder's first Gwinnett venture was River District, a gated community in the City of Berkeley Lake featuring homes priced from the high $500,000s.
“We always knew we were going to build in Gwinnett County,” explained Gregg Goldenberg, President and CEO for Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods. “All of the reasons that make it one of the fastest growing counties in America – excellent schools, a nationally recognized parks & recreation department, great venues for shopping and dining, charming town squares and well-managed local governments, access to major interstates and highways, and scenic landscapes – are among many of the things we look for when planning a new Acadia community."
The new subdivision is in the Archer High School cluster (Harbins Elementary, McConnell Middle).
To schedule a tour of the new community or view available homesites, prospective homebuyers are encouraged to call 404-304-0635 or email Eric Becraft at email@example.com.
